How it works
The same four steps for all three flows: Registration of Units, Withdrawal Update and Project Correction.

Pre-filled live from the portal. One sheet per wing, one row per unit, only the columns MahaRERA asks for.

Sold, booked, unsold, amounts and dates. Then the file check marks every problem cell in red and explains it in plain words.

Read-only. Every wing and every unit in your file must exist on MahaRERA before anything can move.

A named person in your firm approves. Then it updates the portal unit by unit and records every change it makes.

Three screens, all of them building and unit data, and all live today: Registration of Units, the quarterly Withdrawal Update and Project Correction. Nothing else on the portal is touched.
No. A run stops at Ready and waits. Nothing reaches the portal until a named person in your firm clicks Approve and File, and that name and time stay on the run for good.
The portal check catches it before anything is sent and names the sheet, row and unit. Names must match the portal exactly, including capital letters. You fix the file and upload again. There is no override.
Not today. Form Drafting is coming: it will prepare drafts of Forms 1, 2 and 3 from the project's data, for the architect, engineer and CA to check, certify and sign. Form 5 stays with them. Until it ships, it is not in any plan.
We update the template and the checks, and tell you what changed. The portal is read live on every run, so a new wing or unit added on MahaRERA appears in your next Excel without you doing anything.
