This page explains what RERA Stack collects, why, and what we do with it. It covers two very different kinds of information: the contact details you give us when you ask for a demo, and your builders' data that passes through the product when you use it.
What this page still needs from you
- The legal entity name and registered address that operates RERA Stack.
- The hosting provider and the country the data sits in. The site already promises to name it here.
- Whether a sub-processor list is needed, and who is on it (hosting, email, WhatsApp, analytics).
- How long run records and audit trails are kept before deletion, in days or months.
- Whether the site will use analytics or cookies at all. Today it does not, and it loads nothing from third parties (see section 7).
- A named person or address for data questions and deletion requests.
1. Who operates RERA Stack
RERA Stack is operated by legal entity name, at registered address. To confirm You can reach us at support@rerastack.com.
RERA Stack is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority.
2. What we collect when you contact us
If you ask for a demo or message us, we collect what you type into the form: your name, your firm, your phone or WhatsApp number, and the number of active projects you handle.

3. What passes through the product when you use it
Using RERA Stack means handing it three things:
- Your builders' MahaRERA portal login. Saved once per project, encrypted, never shown again on screen, and never written to a log. Everything done under that login is recorded against the run.
- The Excel file you upload. Unit rows for the project being filed: unit names, sale status, registration dates and amounts.
- What was read from and written to the portal. For each unit, what the portal held before, what was sent, which fields changed, and which named person in your firm approved the run and when.
This is your builders' data, held on your behalf. We do not use it to contact your builders, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with other consultants. To confirm
4. Why we hold each of these
- The portal login, because filing on the portal is what the product does.
- The uploaded file, for as long as the run needs it. state the retention rule To confirm
- The per-unit record, so you have an audit trail if a builder ever disputes a quarter. This is the product's main promise, so it is kept until you ask us to delete it.

Deleting a project removes its saved portal login. It does not remove anything already filed on MahaRERA; only MahaRERA can change that.
7. Third parties this website contacts
The RERA Stack website itself sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Its typefaces are served from our own domain, and it uses no icon or font services, so simply opening a page does not send your browser's IP address to any third party.
The demo request form is the one exception. When you start filling it in, it loads Google reCAPTCHA to tell people from automated spam. reCAPTCHA sends Google information about your device and how you use the page, and may set Google cookies. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms apply to it. When you submit, your details go to Google Apps Script, which saves them to the Google Sheet described in section 2. To confirm
The product, once you are signed in, is a different matter and is covered by sections 3 to 6.
8. Changes to this page
If what we do with data changes, we will change this page and put the new date at the top. If the change is significant, we will tell the firms using RERA Stack directly rather than relying on you to re-read it.
